- Anoint
a saucepan with the oil. Put inside the onion and the pepper
chopped, the grated carrot, the crushed tomatoes and the
basil.
- Take
it to the fire until the boil begins. Reduce the flame to
the minimum. Cook during 15 minutes.
- Add
the buds to the sauce. Cover it again and turn off the fire.
Let it rest on the burner for 10 more minutes.
