Easy tart of zuchinni

Cover:

1 spoonful of oil
1 onion
1 Kg of tender zuchinni
2 spoonfuls of flour of rice integral
2 spoonfuls of grated cheese
oregano, salt, nut moscada (a litlle bit)
1 cup of boiled water (if this is not enough, complete with water)
  1. Prepare a nituke in a recipient touched with the oil, with the finely chopped onion and the zuchinnis cut in cubes.
  2. Cover and cook during 15 minutes.
  3. Slip (reserving the water) and cover the tart with this warm preparation.  It will help to weigh the base.
  4. Add the rice’s flour to the remaining water in which zuchinnis were cooked. 
  5. Add the cheese and the Condiments and pour it on the mass bases.
  6. Cook in a half temperature oven from 20 at 30 minutes.
