Easy
tart of zuchinni

Cover:
1
spoonful of oil
1 onion
1 Kg of tender zuchinni
2 spoonfuls of flour of rice integral
2 spoonfuls of grated cheese
oregano, salt, nut moscada (a litlle bit)
1 cup of boiled water (if this is not enough, complete with
water) |
- Prepare
a nituke in a recipient touched with the oil, with the
finely chopped onion and the zuchinnis cut in cubes.
- Cover
and cook during 15 minutes.
- Slip (reserving
the water) and cover the tart with this warm preparation.
It will help to weigh the base.
- Add the
rice’s flour to the remaining water in which zuchinnis
were cooked.
- Add the
cheese and the Condiments and pour it on the mass bases.
- Cook in
a half temperature oven from 20 at 30 minutes.
