Our Productive Process from the field until the final consumer embraces all the stages to be able to guarantee the integral quality (without refinements), the total absence of chemical, and the freshness of our products. 

All our productive areas - elaboration / mill / baking process – are certified according to effective international norms for organic production (certificate given by the IASCAV / SENASA through "Argencert" –independent certified agency). 

Controlling us in all the processes: in the field, in our plant and taking away samples from our stores.

ORGANIC PRODUCT 

From the Greek “in consonance with life”. The biological term is synonymous of ecological and organic, and it symbolizes the respect for life in which man, plants and animals become one same member of the same interrelated ecosystem, in which a relation and dependence among the members exists.
