¿What does Organic Bread making involve?

 

The conservation of the seed’s nutrients is safeguarded with the bread making process, without using chemical aggregates.

A CERTIFIED FINISHED ORGANIC PRODUCT is obtained when organic elements are processed in a CERTIFIED PLANT.

We use natural resources that come directly from organic cultivations of Wheat, Soy, Sunflower and Flax, for the Certified Organic Bread making. Cascade Natural Water is also used to ensure a totally natural product, non- transgenic, with no fertilizers, no conservatives nor alterations of any kind.  

This whole process is carried out in our plant in Valentin Alsina, from where the main raw material is obtained for the organic baking in Palermo Viejo. All the outputs are made with our flour which is milled daily to have a product with all their vital energy proper of the recent milled grain.

In our baking process preservatives, coloring,  flavor additives, antimoss, animal fat, hydrogenated vegetable oils, refined flours, sugar, sweet packages, artificial leavens, canned products or any other chemical products are not used.

We use recently milled certified organic integral flour, pure bee honey of bees, integral flours, sweets made by ourselves with seasonal fruit and honey, sunflower oil, sea salt and fresh yeast.

The bakery is carried out by a group of people that we work with love, dedication and care, making a pray from our work.

How the best Natural Whole and Organic Bread making is made

Elaborating the best bread making requires strictly controlling every elaboration stage from the production to the consumer.

In the field, non-transgenic grain (cereals, legumes and seeds) is cultivated according to organic production norms. They are then carefully harvested and analyzed to ensure that they are free of any fertilizer or adulterating element. All volatile particles are eliminated during this control (dust, shelling, etc).

The seeds are then transported to our plant in Valentin Alsin where they are preserved in a silo, specially equipped with a temperature control system in order to ensure optimum conservation, without adding any extra product.

From there, the seeds are taken to be crushed avoiding outside contact. The crushing takes place in our iron and forced air mills.

A COLD crushing takes place, keeping the product’s nutrients and the gluten used for the bread making both intact.

In order to avoid loosing the seeds vital energy, the grain is breaded within the next 48hs after the grating. This way, any type of flour degradation or loss is avoided.

Pre-elaborated products are not utilized in our plant. The same caution and control is used in the daily preparation of seeds, using fresh season fruit. These fruits are used along with pure bee honey for our pastries.

No chemicals, animal fats, neither hydrogenated, nor premixed refined flours are used.

The products as well as our plant and the full bread making process is controlled and supported by independent organism personnel which provide international validity to our products.

The packing is done with modern stainless steel automatic volumetric machines. Such machines use continuous sheets to produce 3 seam or non-bottom American bottles. The sheets used for the bottles are polypropylene-propylene non-compound bilaminated, with no solvents; this avoids the possibility of transferring them to the products.

A tarmac transfer Hot Roll System prints the lot numbers and the products aptitude dates without using alcoholic or solvent inks.

Such certificate is guaranteed by IASCA/SENASA.. Merging our word with the control and endorsement of an independent organization.

 
7. Coherente. La Esquina de las Flores arousal was not based on market neither research nor the search for profitable enterprises. It’s based on a family’s simple vocation, initiative and creativity that promotes and shows what it practices at home.
