SOYA BEANS
Soybean (Glicene max) comes from China and has been used in Japan for 2000 years. Soybean provides : good nutrition, minerals, vitamins, helps relaxing, gives power and tonic. Soybean is the vegetable of greater importance and consumption at world-wide level. It is used to make several products like : hamburgers, cheese, milk, flours, etc. Due to its great amount of proteins and the biological power it is recommend by all type of doctors (conventional, naturists doctors, etc.) Many authors, indicate that soybean has therapeutic properties that contribute to improve states of cardiopathies, since in many cases when replacing animals proteins it lowers the cholesterol rate in blood.
