PEAS
Native plant of Western Asia, prefers warm to moderate climates, grows in silica-clayed soils. They provide : minerals, vitamins, tonic, power and nutrients, recommended for convalescences and undernourishment. Probably, it comes from the Middle East and extended by the Mediterranean, peas are more caloric and nutritious droughts that tender. Very recommended in anemia and constipation.
