Mill, “La Esquina de las Flores” mills all its flours, which come
from legumes (in the cases of peas, chickpeas, etc.) or cereals (wheat,
rice, oats, etc).
All
the mill process is carried out in integral method, the grains are
milled just as the nature offers them, without any refinement or premix
process and conserving their natural components.
The
mill process is made by hammers of stainless steel and forced air. In
this way the grain is maintained in ambient temperature while it is
milled, without high temperatures which can vary its natural
particularities.
