The
Soya (Glicine max) is native from China and it has been used in Japan for
2000 years. The soya is nutritious, sedative and tonic, desides it
provides : fibers,
minerals,
vitamins, and energy.
The
soya is the most important vegetable and the most consumed in the world.
A lot of prodducts like, hamburgers, cheese, milk, flours,
texturized, etc, are elaborated from soy. Its great quantity of proteins
and the biological power of the same ones, made it recommendable by all
type of doctors (conventional, natural, etc.)
Many
authors point out the soya’s therapeutic properties, which contribute to
improve cardiopathies cases: it reduces the rate of cholesterol in blood
substituting animal proteins.
Investigations
demonstrated that people who substituted soya instead of the half of
consumed proteins,
obtained
a decrease of 8 to 16% after several weeks of ingestion.
Because
the soy is rich in soluble and insoluble fiber, it collaborates to solve
problems of constipation, it regulates the
sugar rate in the sanguine torrent. Because of its content of iron,
calcium and potassium, it has a high rate of minerals.
In
these last times, with the desire of obtaining a higher performance, the
grain was genetically treated,
so this method increase its
resistant to herbicides used in the conventional agriculture.
The
soya (beans and flour) of “La Esquina de las Flores” is not
genetically treated.
