These
seeds are used like food and medicine. The nutritious value of these
linen seeds is very important because they contain 23 % of proteins
of good quality, 40 % of oil of which 75 % go in not saturated fatty
acid form, sugar (glucose and galactosa) 6 % of musilago valuable
enzymes, a high percentage of vitamins E , F and iodine.

Spoonful of LINEN seeds, in 1/2 hot water glass, to let rest during the
night, strain and take before breakfast.
It
can be used in different preparations : breakfast, Baking, salads,
etc.
