sugar, is produced in Misiones and Tucumán (Argentina).
Its
processing is very artisan and it is processed extracting the juice of
the cane by means of sugar mills (electric, with motor, and in some
cases using animal traction), which is cooked in trays with direct fire
eliminating therefore the excess of humidity.
Once
the crystals are formed they are separated from the fire wait until it
get cold. In all this process it does not undergo any refinement, or
adulteration. It is used like sweetened, for drinks, baking, jams etc,
etc
